We are looking for an enthusiastic IFRS Senior Reporting Associate to join our Outsourcing team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

About the role

As an IFRS Senior Reporting Associate, you will support the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and consolidation engagements under IFRS and Greek GAAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role offers the opportunity to work with clients in various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation of interim / annual statutory reporting under IFRS and Greek GAAP
  • Participate in the preparation of consolidated Financial Statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS
  • Participate in the preparation of ad hoc management and other reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze financial and non-financial data
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the completion of projects
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, develop innovative approaches to solving technical challenges

Requirements

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in accounting with proven exposure to IFRS reporting
  • Previous experience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
  • Strong accounting skills and technical knowledge on financial reporting matters and implementation of accounting standards in accordance with IFRS
  • Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, or equivalent), completed or in progress, are considered a plus
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and possess strong problem solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
  • Military services fulfilled
