We are looking for an enthusiastic Transfer Pricing Experienced Assistant to join our Tax Services team in Athens and help us deliver excellence for our clients.

About the role

As a Transfer Pricing Assistant, you will support transfer pricing projects by assisting with benchmarking research, documentation preparation, and financial analysis, while developing your knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices.

Your role will include:

  • Assist in conducting benchmarking studies and economic analyses using specialized TP databases (e.g. Amadeus / TP Catalyst)
  • Support the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files and Master Files) to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  • Perform industry and market research to support the analysis of clients’ business activities, functions, and risk profiles
  • Assist in Transfer Pricing projects, including the application of TP methodologies, financial analyses, and the review of intercompany transactions
  • Collaborate effectively with members of the tax advisory team to contribute to high-quality client deliverables and meet project deadlines

What we are looking for

  • BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience or internship experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, Audit, or Accounting, will be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines
  • Good computer literacy
